Alex Reynolds is a highly skilled IT engineer with a soul of an artist and over 20 years of experience in meditation and mindfulness. Around 5 years ago he decided to introduce mindfulness in his workplace to help colleagues cope with the pressures of delivery. Since then the interest has snowballed and in the last 3 years alone Alex has given his talk on mindfulness to more than 6000 colleagues and his mindfulness and meditation community already has over 1700 members and it is growing.
In this episode we speak about Alex’s journey to finding and choosing meditation as a regular practice, his experience of bringing mindfulness in the corporate world and we will cover how meditation and mindfulness can significantly improve our mental and physical health and overall wellbeing. There is also a bonus at the end - an opportunity to try out a 3-minute mindfulness practice topped up with great hints and tips on where to start, if you are interested in meditation and mindfulness.
